Week 9 farm share (week of August 13, 2007)
Share consisted of:
- 1 bunch kale *or* Swiss chard
- 2 cucumbers (choice of: classic, pickling or lemon yellow)
- 1.5 lb tomatoes
- 4 sweet onions
- 2 leeks
- 2 bulbs fresh garlic
- 1 lb new potatoes (choice of red or white)
- 2 zucchini / summer squash (choice of zucchini, yellow squash, zephyr, patty pan)
- 1 large eggplant or 2 long/skinny eggplant or 4 small eggplants
PYO:
- green beans (not pictured)
- herbs (mint, oregano, thyme, rosemary, catnip, chives, garlic chives, sage, lemon balm, basil, parsley, cilantro - not pictured)
- flowers (zinnia, veronica, daisy , echinacea - not pictured)
- cherry tomatoes (not pictured)
