Grand Hotel, Lopud Island, Croatia
This was apparently the first concrete hotel in the Mediterranean area (this is actually the Adriatic here) erected in 1936. It was designed to resemble a ship with 'decks', the garden being the 'sea'. It fell on hard times in the early '90s but still has a preservation order on it. At least one floor seems to be inhabited/squatted, though it was fenced off at the front.
