Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley signs a State of Emergency Proclamation declaring a statewide State of Emergency in his Capitol office, Tuesday, April 4, 2017, in anticipation for severe weather moving through Alabama on Wednesday morning. The National Weather Service is forecasting a potential for significant threat of severe weather to include destructive and long-track tornadoes, hail up to baseball size and damaging straight line winds for several counties.
