Recession - means no more take-outs. I have to cook!
Dinner for myself was stir-fried noodles, rump steak (on special at the supermarket) and pre-cut vegetables: broccoli, celery, carrots, onions, red-cabbage. Additional herbs from the garden. Also added some left-over lamb sausages and roasted cashews. Enough for four meals and cost under $NZ10.
(You guessed right - I am a reluctant cook!)
