Dinner tonight: Rice and curries

I am cooking dinner for us tonight. Come and get it . . . steamed basmati rice, beef curry, dhall curry, home-made apricot chutney and sliced cucumber.

 

The recipes are from Charmaine Solomon's The Asian Cookbook. Charmaine is an ex-pat Sri Lankan (and distantly related) and lives in Australia.
