Grilled lamb steaks in pad thai marinade with potatoes mixed with mayonnaise, herbs and capers. The salad greens were picked minutes before from our garden: lettuces, chives, vietnamese mint, fresh oregano, preserved lemon and onion. Wine is a rose from Inverness Estate in Ness Valley Clevedon, South Auckland
