It must be lunch time!
Dough made in breadmaker; rounds shallow fried. These are supposed to be pita pockets but turned out like English muffins. Anyway, split, buttered, with filling of ham, cheese, rocket, cos lettuce and preserved lemon . . . made a yummy lunch for us after our return from the park
