The Labour front bench spokesman on justice makes a sign to a journalist that would be seen as an extreme insult by a Muslim, but would seem almost benign, to a westerner. I find it creepy that a senior British politician would indulge in such duplicity (a politician giving a journalist the middle finger would, of course, have been a headliner).
