Sweet and Spicy Freestyle
B made some amazing sweet potatoes the night before with part of a chipotle pepper, but they turned out to be too atomic for me to eat, even with a gigantic glass of milk. Here's the recipe - sample at your own risk!
So for this meal, I decided to try toning it down a bit by mixing about a cup of the mashed potatoes into a batch (1 cup dry) of couscous cooked with garlic and orange juice, as well as half a can of white beans. Very tasty!
While that was cooking, I browned some chicken sun dried tomato sausages with sliced carrots.
