Downtown Chicago:

I spent early afternoon in Evanston shooting action shots of Field Hockey players (those shots can be found HERE ). Then I spent hours in downtown around the Millennium and Grant park areas. Tired and well past sunset, I was on my way from Grant park to the El when I crossed a the bridge over the train tracks of the Purple Line (I think). The sight caught my eye and I didn't waste anytime propping up my tripod and camera. Took two exposures of different times. This one was clearly the better one.

 

Only later when I was examining the photo on the computer did I notice the lights on the 2nd building from the right which had been switched on to say"The Blues". (There was a blues festival going on in Grant Park that day.)
