Anh - Just when you think there's nothing new under the Sun. ; ] Thanks.

MM - Thanks. The glaze sounds delish. I wasn't a fan early on. I'd made a Persian lentil soup with the juice; it wasn't a hit, but the flavor grew on me. Now I drink the juice and really love the molasses.

      Martina - Thank you. : )

Jason - Thanks. Dunno why, but I nearly always know which shots you'll fancy.

Paula - Thank you. Their flavor is distinctive, and they're one of the few beans which keep their markings after cooking, even though they fade. I have no idea what the South would think of a Middle Eastern riff on Hoppin' John. LOL!

      Kim - Thanks always.

Thanks, Stephanie. Very sweet of you.

      Thank you, Giovanna.

Rich - Thanks. I hear that all the time, yet I am always pushing myself to do more, better, and different. I am both satisfied, but never satisfied. Such is life. ; )
