Gorgeous--I'm looking forward to seeing the recipe. I love bubble tea, except when people are spitting tapioca balls at me through their straw!

Thanks very much, everyone! I appreciate your comments and making this a favorite.

Grant - A singular waste of good food. ; D

Harini - Bubble tea is a frothy flavored tea with giant tapioca pearls at the bottom, originating in the Far East. It's like the cilantro of textures; you either love it or loath it.

Xiaolu - It's not hard to make from scratch and it's much cheaper.

    Ilruth - I hope you like it. : )

Austin Pixels/Ntaburi/Patianne - Thank you, all, very much. : ) Seems ages ago that I created this recipe, at the height of our fiendish summer heat.
