Cooking dalk-kalbi (Chicken Barbeque). One of my favourite Korean meals. Includes chicken, dok (rice cake), cabbage, sweet potato, sauce, green onions, and a side of leaves for wrapping the goods and stuffing in your mouth.

 

It's a cacophony of flavours and textures with a bit of spice; pick and choose your favourite pieces or mix them all together and wrapped them in a lettuce leaf.

 

Afterwards, if you're not quite stuffed, you can ask for some boken-bap (fried rice), which they mix with whatever is left over in the pan. Delicious.
