First attempt - 2 tier cake with fondant
Here is my first attempt at a two tiered cake covered with fondant. It was also my first attempt at cake carving. This is a cake for my boss' 40th birthday. It's spice cake with a caramel and brown sugar buttercream. It's supposed to look like a hill/mountain with bike chain and mountain bike, dirt (graham cracker crumbs) and rocks (candy rocks). Everything is made with fondant except the rocks and trees.
