tasty!
finally found a good french bread recipe. (Danial Leader's bread genius!) i must admit i ate a whole loaf right away after they cooled off.
i used the parisian daily bread recipe from Daniel Leader's "Bread Alone" book, but retold by the foodie farm girl.
i think the recipe is far simpler and intuitive than Julia Child's baguette recipe, and the result should be at least comparable (never tried JC's recipe. it's tiring just to read it...)
