Mesaba Airlines CRJ-900ER

    Newer Older

Ah... my plane has arrived... a brand new Northwest Airlink CRJ-900 which will take me to DTW.

It was my first time on a CRJ-900 and I have to say it's every bit as comfortable and nice inside as the ERJ-170/190 series. NW put in a nice grey colour scheme, leather seats with ample leg room... it had huge high windows and nice wall paneling similar to the ERJ-170s. I really enjoyed the flight.

Americans & Canadians are so lucky. What do us Aussies get? 737, A320, E170/190 and the Dash 8's. No MD's or CRJ's!

I like the CRJ 900 the best, the 200/700 suck. The erj 145s are good too.

Almost pointless delivering in this livery considering the Delta deal

@truemanQLD - I don't think you're really missing out on anything by not having them... well perhaps the CRJ-700/900s are the exception.

@fasteddies88 - I do too although I have no issues with the -700 either. They're basically shorter -900s.

@Peter Konnecke - It's not a done deal yet. I'm curious to see what Delta will do with Northwest's fleet.

That paint job color is super sick

akula_x_one_777 - It is! Shame it will be swallowed up by Delta's.
