Inspired by mezzacotta Café.
The schnitzel is simply a lump of liverwurst shaped into a patty, coated with breadcrumbs and fried on a pan in some vegetable oil. It's served with warm potato salad, some lingonberry jam and a slice of lemon. The taste is quite good, but I'm going to have to work on the recipe some more because the thing disintegrates as soon as you try to cut off a piece. I'm looking for something more like the consistency of a hamburger patty.
