Making raspberry and pine nut muffins
Inspired by the ones we had at our b&b the other week, and based on a Nigella Lawson recipe from The Domestic Goddess. Stirred it using a spurtle (made by one of my dads, www.hughleishman.co.uk) because I couldn't find the wooden spoon I use for baking. I don't use my everyday ones because they are tainted by garlic and onions.
