Stollen for Jon
I don't like marzipan and I don't particularly like dried fruit, but for some bizarre reason I decided I wanted to bake a stollen when I saw the recipe in one of the free Waitrose magazines. Took quite a while to make, having to leave it to rise and/or rest 3 times, but Jon loves it.
