Cheesecake
"New York Baked Cheesecake" the first cheesecake we've found in Bangalore that was actually a cheesecake. Not a good cheesecake, but at least it was really cheesecake and not mousse. The filling was a little dry and bland, I suspect it had no sour cream in it. Sour cream is pretty much impossible to find in Bangalore, you have to make your own.
