cat's-ear (Hypochaeris radicata and H. glabra)
Often confused with dandelions, cat's-ear have branching flower stalks and no white latex sap. Dandelions have one flower per stalk. Cat's-ear leaves are hairier, and lobed rather than the dandelion's more jagged appearance. In any case Cat's-ear leaves are edible, and not bad when young and fresh.
