gluten-free banana bread
it was my first attempt at gluten-free baking today! i made banana bread and peanut butter cookies and i have to say that i am quite pleased with myself! they are both scrumptious. i hope brian is as thrilled with them as i am since he's the one whose gotta eat em. next attempt will be a good sandwich bread. any suggestions?
