A Study of Crème Brûlée
Verdict:
Hazelnut: heavy and thick, more like a pudding than a brûlée.
Pistachio: very thick...almost too thick. Gelatinous, but with a nice flavor.
Chocolate: reminded me of fudge or jarred hot fudge when microwaved too long. Think and heavy.
Mocha: nice light consistency, subtle flavor.
Vanilla: a perfect brûlée, light and smooth; the crust could have been a little crisper, but it was tasty.
