Violet Fizz

Based on the recipe in The Bubbly Bar, this is my version.

 

Violet Fizz (Cocktail Hacker)

4 oz Brut Champagne

1 oz Gin

1/2 oz Creme de Violette

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

1/4 oz Simple Syrup

 

Mix all but champagne with ice. Strain and top with Champagne.
