Making Hibiscus Grenadine

2 c Sugar

2 c Water

2 c Pomegranate Seeds (~2 fruits)

1 oz Hibiscus Flowers

 

Bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for an additional 20 minutes.

Allow to cool for about an hour.

Strain.

 

You can add 2oz of grain alcohol to inhibit growth of nasties.
