603. Hampi(21): Kodanda Rama Temple
This sprawling temple complex was built by an earlier regime, with "add-on"s from Vijaya Magara kings. All around the temple there are many cubicles of resting places for devotees from far off places. The temple provided them food and accommodation. The entire courtyard outside the temple is paved with granite stones. This temple also was desecrated and destroyed in the war in 1565.
