Baked potato and scallops with butter

Ingredients (for two people):

- 20 boiled scallops (unfreezed)

- a cooked potato

- 2 tablespoons of butter

- chopped garlic

- bread crumbs

- olive oil

- salt and pepper

 

Directions:

1. Cut the cooked potato into easy-to-eat size.

2. Stir-fry the potato and scallops with olive oil in a fry pan. Season them with salt and pepper.

3. Arrange them in two heat-resistant dishes.

4. Put melted butter, bread crumbs and chopped garlic on top of the dishes.

5. Grill them in a oven for 10 minutes.
