Stir-fried cabbage and chicken gizzard

Ingredients (for two people)

- 1/8 cabbage

- 200g of chicken gizzards

- 1 piece of red pepper

- ginger

- green onion

- sesame oil

- salt

- white pepper

- soy sauce

- lemon juice

 

Direction

1. Cut chicken gizzards into small pieces.

2. Slice ginger and cut green onion into 30-mm pieces in length.

3. Boil chicken gizzards with ginger and green onion for 1 minute to rid the gizzards of their smell. Then wash them with cold water.

4. Cut cabbage into easy-to-eat sized pieces. Chop ginger finely.

5. Fry the gizzards with sesame oil in a pan first, then put cabbage and chopped ginger into the pan.

6. Put chopped red pepper into the pan. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste.

7. Transfer them to dishes and put lemon juice on them.
