Tomato and spinach gratin
Ingredients (for two people)
- 1/2 onion
- 200g of chicken
- 1/2 tomato
- 2 bunch of spinach
- 100g of Mozzarella cheese
- 100g of macaroni pasta
- butter
- salad oil
- salt
- white sauce
(butter, wheat flour, milk, bouillon cube, and white pepper)
Directions
1. Slice onion and cut chicken into small pieces.
2. Fry sliced onion with salad oil until it becomes translucent then put chicken into the pan.
3. Mix the chicken and the fried onion in the pan. Fry the chicken until it becomes white.
4. Boil spinach and cut it into 3 or 4 cm in length.
5. Cut 1/2 tomato into eight pieces.
6. Boil macaroni pasta with small potion of salt.
7. Spread with butter on gratin dishes.
8. Put the boiled macaroni at the bottom of the gratin dishes.
9. Mix the fried onion and chicken with white sauce. Put them into the gratin dishes.
10. Arrange the tomato and boiled spinach at the top of the gratin dishes.
11. Put the Mozzarella cheese on the tomato and spinach.
12. Grill the dishes in the oven for about 20 minutes.
