Wonton Soup
I was sick today. I had to go out for food, so I went to the nearest Chinese take out place. It's just around the corner and, while it doesn't compare with Chinatown, Flushing, or Elmhurst restaurants, it was close.
I especially enjoyed the very tasty wontons. There were three of them, too, in this small soup.
This is the kind of restaurant that Jennifer 8. Lee refers to as American Chinese in her book, The Fortune Cookie Chronicles, a must read.
