Stuffed Flank Steak
This was quite the production. The hardest part was butterflying the narrow steak. I did a terrible job, but I was able to "fix it in post" once I layered the prosciutto and provolone over the gaping holes. Also, I couldn't find any proper twine with which to tie the thing, so I had to use some hemp-y stuff I found in the garage.
The end result: deelicious.
