Cyprus Coal Tit (Parus ater cypriotes)
This one was more exciting to me than it looks - it's not just a Coal tit, it's a sub-species that I had never seen before and is endemic to Cyprus. They are much darker than the ones we get in the rest of Europe. I was really chuffed to find these in the Troodos Mountains, we also saw the subspecies of Jay and Treecreeper while there - so 3 of the 5 endemic subspecies in a day!
