Dos Coyotes Shrimp Burrito
This isn't the prettiest pic but if you could only taste it. The burrito is made of shrimp, rice, salsa and crema. I think the shrimp is first basted in some slightly sweet citrus marinade before it's cooked quickly over a smoky fire. So good...
