Quiche crust

my patented gluten-free sweet-potato quiche-crust. (!-!-!)

 

1-2 eggs + a bit of water,

1 grated sweet potato

salt

 

Pat into a greased pie pan (or better yet...)

 

350 for a while, then add the rest, bake again.

 

bam.
