Try getting that up if it gets stuck hahaha
He is a jolly chap enjoying a mud bath and revelling in the grime and moist dirt.
He was playing for your camera

This is actually a "she". If you look again you'll notice a certain daintiness about the way she mud-bathes. Afterward she trotted over to get a vigorous rubbing about the back and sides by the zoo keeper. She reacted to this in the manner of our cat Daisy - by flopping down and rolling over on her back. It was, in very truth, something to see..

Dainty ! hahaha..........yesi see it now.

She certainly is playful. I would think if we had cats the size of Rhino it would shake the ground too.
Ive seen this happen at Chester Zoo where the keepers have stiff brushes and they love it. I suppose on the Plains they would use a rough tree if they could find one......
There is nothing worse than having an itch you can scratch.........
You have a magnificent set of photos of them. I did roll through without stopping i admit but can come back for a little peek every so often :-0
