Traditional Finnish Christmas porridge, except it's so good it deserves to be eaten much more often than just early on Christmas Eve!
1. Bring 2 dl of water to a boil, add 2dl of porridge rice (short grain rice suitable for this)
2. When the water has evaporated, add 2 litres of (full fat) milk.
3. Cook for ca 40 minutes, until thick. Stir every now and then.
4. Add a bit of salt. Eat for example with sugar, cinnamon (and cold milk).
