      Another use for baking soda and vinegar. To replace shampoo put 1 Tablespoon Baking Soda into a cup of water, hold your hand over the cup and give it a good shaking, pour it on your head, it will foam slightly for just a second, rub it in well, and rinse. For cream rinse, add 1 Tablespoon vinegar to a cup of water, let it sit while you wash, and rinse it off. I have shorter hair, I am not sure how well it would work for long hair, but I have not purchased shampoo for over a year now.
