pentagons and negative stars - CP

    Newer Older

    A bit rough because it's drawn by hand. I didn't have the software to do this up pretty. It looks kind of intimidating all diagrammed out, but the main thing is the regular pentagons; where they touch point to point, collapse like a water-bomb base to make little flaps which fold down over the large pentagons to form the negative stars. All the complicated stuff between the pentagons is just how I collapsed the extra paper (as seen in the back view). Save the twist in the middle for the last step, I found it easier to assemble that way.

      Rough CP ? It's an artwork per se.

      I like hand-drawn diagrams, they show something personal from the author.

      The drawing alone is beautiful
      let alone its potential.
