stilton cheese with apricots
My last gastronomic discovery is a cheese called white stilton with apricots. It’s so good that would make Wallace and Gromit beg for it!
When this one finishes I want to try the others with different fruits in it.
By the way, my experience with cheese-and-fruit started last Christmas. We had a beautiful Portuguese Serra da Estrela cheese with dried figs brought by Cris. Very nice!
This is a great vice that I want to cultivate more.
