Reflections On Life

To drive 600 miles a day or more, in sun, rain, or snow, day after day.

To be alone for hours, days, and weeks at a time.

To be away from family and loved ones, missing holidays, birthdays, and other important times.

To live in an 8 foot by 8 foot by 8 foot box that is your living room, dining room, bedroom, and office.

To never know where you are going next.

To never know when you will get home.

To see the dirtiest and worst parts of the country.

To see some of the most beautiful parts of our great country.

This isn't a job for everyone.

It takes a special person to be a Professional Over The Road Truck Driver.

I am proud to be one of those people.

Great shot and I agree with everything you said. It's not for everyone and I also am very proud to be a driver.
