Inside out, double stuffed and roasted chicken
Roasted chicken with 2 quartered, Vidalia onions and a whole lemon (with fork holes) stuffed into cavity. Separated skin from meat and stuffed in thinly sliced garlic, red and white potatoes, and about half a thinly sliced green apple. Also under the skin was a combination of fresh, finely chopped parsley and cilantro. Seasoned inside and out with sea salt, pepper, sage, thyme, oregano, rosemary
