Arborio Rice Pudding with Nectarines

It's not just for risotto! I'm wholly converted to arborio rice for rice puddings; the fat starchy little grains have this fantastic creamy texture when cooked. The nectarines were added as an afterthought, but they added a nice fruity complement to the milk and rice.
