My friend Ocha-neko shared to me this recipe. She responded to my request willingly, and I received the information about the garnish not to mention a detailed recipe of Souvlaki from her by an email.

I tried Souvlaki for the first time, and it was very delicious! The garnish was the best, too!! I will make Souvlaki many times from now on! ^^
