In the wonderful Nigella's Domestic Goddess book there's a recipe for peanut butter squares. Based on a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup theme.
I had 2 jars of almond butter that were about to go off and some
Lavender chocolate that didn't realy work for me. Together in squares,
they were fab. A semi-sophisticated take on a children's pudding.
V. sweet though, and I only used 2/3 of the sugar she suggests.
