Lumpini is a 140 acre park in downtown Bangkok that was was created in the 1920s by King Rama VI on royal property as a place where residents could experience nature. It is easily accessible from the Lumpini and Si Lom MRT (subway) stations and the Sala Daeng BTS (SkyTrain) station.
