Tonight's Dinner Is Served

I'm cooking today. As i'm rushing some Christmas knitting order, i can only cook quick and simple dishes. Tonight, i cooked Choi Sum with Siew Yook. I experimented with the bottles of sauces inside the fridge just now. I fried a fish and covered it with sour plum sauce laced with chinese Hua Tiew wine. To enhance the flavor, i also added a little oyster sauce to it. Good worr. Very tangy. Hope my in-laws approves of it. Oh yes, there's chinese herbal soup in the crockpot too. What are you having for dinner tonight?
