Homecooked Wu Thau Kou (Steamed Yam)

Ahh.... the aroma that wafted up the moment i lifted the wok cover..... got me drooling. No, i didnt steam this. My mom made this as she says the ones sold outside lacks bite, and has a weird taste. Well, hers is superb. Will pry the recipe from her one day.
