Perrine Bridge, Twin Falls, Idaho

Bridgepixing the Perrine Bridge, built 1974, spanning the Snake River carrying U.S. Highway 93, Twin Falls, Idaho. This steel arch bridge replaced the original bridge which had been built in 1927. This new bridge is 1,500 feet long and 486 feet above the Snake River. This bridge is a popular BASE jumping destination and nearby, was the location of Evel Knievel's unsuccessful jump acorss the canyon on his motorcycle in 1974.
