As usual, the katsu at Satsuki doesn't disappoint. Tender chicken fillet coated with the perfect layer of breadcrumbs, and fried. This sits atop a generous bed of delicious Japanese white rice, with the katsu omelette, all juiced-up by a sweet soy sauce.
