In the famous painting of Ophelia by John Everett Millais, Ophelia was modelled by his muse Elizabeth Siddal. Millais got Siddal to lie fully clothed in a full bath in his studio. It being cold, he put oil lamps beneath the bath to warm the water, but was so intent on his work that he allowed them to go out. As a result, Siddal caught a severe cold.
      Nice photograph.
